Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join our team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Murex developer, excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure the timely delivery of deliverables.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented and team-oriented.
• Monitor full compliance with internal procedures as defined by Audit/Compliance.
• Mentor team members to improve both their technical and personal skills.
• Deliver optimization and process improvements.

Skills Required

• Prior experience as a Murex MxML/workflows Developer.
• Expert knowledge of requirement lifecycle management in Agile with expertise in Agile tools and ceremonies.
• Experience in Business Process Modelling and related tools.
• Analysis of Business Requirement documents and creation of technical design documents.
• Sound knowledge of Murex Architecture, Workflow tasks, and Objects.
• Strong ability to elicit non-functional requirements, including security, network connectivity, and response times.
• Good knowledge of Pre-Trade rules, look up tables, and various Murex workflows.
• Extensive development experience with configuring and implementing workflows and look up tables.
• Very good SQL skills and exposure to Unix skills.
• Working experience on tools such as UC4, Bitbucket, JIRA, and HPSM.
• Strong team player skills, with a focus on ownership and strong communication.
• Experience in Equity, Commodities, IRD, and FX Cash Asset classes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Skills Preferred

• Good understanding of various tables and schemas on Murex financial DB and Murex Datamart.
• Good understanding of Murex workflows and look up tables configuration.
