  • Lead and execute process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Act as team leader for projects with 1–3 members, reviewing work outputs and guiding junior team members
  • Engage with client representatives to gather requirements, present findings, and provide advisory solutions
  • Identify and report potential business development opportunities during projects to support growth of firm practices
  • Manage project progress, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure expected outcomes
  • Apply technical expertise and continuously learn new industry developments and advisory practices
  • Conduct process gap analysis, risk identification, and control effectiveness assessments across business processes
  • Demonstrate business acumen and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Work under stringent deadlines and challenging client environments, ensuring integrity and professional conduct
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad based on project requirements
