Job Description
Construction Management:
- Supervise and manage site construction activities as per project plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Address on-site issues and provide engineering solutions.
Resource & Cost Management:
- Monitor material, labor, and equipment requirements and optimize their usage.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost control measures.
- Evaluate project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Maintain proper records of all construction activities and schedule updates.
