Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation of all items
Manage raw materials, ingredients, and inventory efficiently to reduce wastage
Operate and maintain baking and confectionery equipment safely and correctly
Coordinate with team members for menu innovation and special product launches
Handle workload efficiently during peak hours and ensure timely production
