Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Plan events from start to finish according to client requirements, target audience, and objectives.
  • Strategic Suggestions: Provide recommendations to enhance the event's success and overall impact.
  • Budget Management: Prepare event budgets and ensure strict adherence to financial limits.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services.
  • Personnel Management: Hire and manage event personnel, including DJs, waiters, and other staff as required.
  • Operations Coordination: Oversee all operational aspects of the event, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Promotional Activities: Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise all event staff, including coordinators, caterers, and volunteers, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Approval and Quality Control: Approve all event elements before the event day to ensure readiness.
  • Problem Resolution: Ensure smooth execution of events and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise.
  • Event Analysis and Reporting: Analyze event outcomes, gather feedback, and prepare detailed post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
