Computer Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and dispatching materials as per GRNs (Goods Received Note) and challans.
• Ensure accurate recording of stock movements through regular audits and updates in the system.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent damage or loss of products.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Perform daily tasks such as data entry into computer systems, generating reports on inventory levels, and updating records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for record-keeping purposes.
• Strong understanding of GRN, Inward, Dispatch processes for efficient inventory management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy standards.
