Computational Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the India computational engineering network with a focus on delivery.
• Champion computation engineering and automation across projects.
• Upskill staff by implementing workflows in a hands-on, collaborative manner.
• Act as the main point of contact for computational engineering in India with the global network.
• Identify and reduce barriers to successful computational workflow adoption.
• Support innovation in computational design and digital engineering practices.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: BE/ME in Engineering (Structural preferred).
• Experience: 6+ years in structural design engineering with significant exposure to computational design.
• Programming Skills:
• Visual Programming: Grasshopper, Dynamo.
• Text-based Programming: Python, C#, object-oriented programming.
• API coding background, VB scripting.
• Core Competencies:
• Ability to manipulate complex data tree structures.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Github workflows.
• Strong geometry and mathematical problem-solving skills.
• Mindset: Ability to break down large multidisciplinary problems into computational solutions.
