We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-3 years of experience in Comptel Instant Link, Catalog, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom order management systems and experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting catalog and order processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure Comptel Instant Link, Catalog, and Order Management modules.
• Support the implementation and optimization of order management workflows.
• Ensure smooth integration of catalog items and services into the order management system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order provisioning and catalog updates.
• Collaborate with business teams to enhance system functionalities and meet operational needs.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Comptel Instant Link, Catalog, and Order Management.
• Strong understanding of telecom order provisioning, catalog management, and workflow automation.
• Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting in a telecom environment.
• Good knowledge of telecom business processes and service management.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with other telecom systems and integrations.
• Experience in telecom BSS/OSS domains
