Compliance Lead

Key Deliverables:

• Conduct zone-wide audits and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Lead corrective action planning for identified compliance risks
• Drive compliance training and awareness across operational staff
• Liaise with regulators and prepare mandatory reports and filings

Role Responsibilities:

• Investigate breaches and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
• Maintain updates on regulatory changes impacting the security sector
• Support implementation of robust compliance frameworks
• Present compliance performance and gaps to senior leadership
