Compliance and Training Framework Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Create and update a comprehensive compliance training program
• Define an overarching communication plan to help ensure adequate level of communication and information to employees regarding compliance culture, risks, and measures
• Organize, track, and perform trainings on compliance topics together with subject matter experts
• Delivering reports to stakeholders

Qualifications :

• Masters/Bachelors degree in any related field is preferred.
• 3-6 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Independent initiative and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
