Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and service requests
  • Handle customer emails received at Customer Service email IDs
  • Ensure adherence to internal and IRDA turnaround times (TATs)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Competencies:

  • 1-2 years experience in General Insurance
  • Good practical knowledge of General Insurance products
  • Understanding of IRDA-related issues and Customer Quick Resolution Cell (QRC) processes
  • Knowledge of PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) guidelines
  • Proficient English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Customer-centric approach

KPIs:

  • 100% recording and registration of complaints/requests/queries as per PPI guidelines
  • Timely response to emails
  • 100% response to all emails received
