Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and service requests
- Handle customer emails received at Customer Service email IDs
- Ensure adherence to internal and IRDA turnaround times (TATs)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Competencies:
- 1-2 years experience in General Insurance
- Good practical knowledge of General Insurance products
- Understanding of IRDA-related issues and Customer Quick Resolution Cell (QRC) processes
- Knowledge of PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) guidelines
- Proficient English communication skills (oral and written)
- Customer-centric approach
KPIs:
- 100% recording and registration of complaints/requests/queries as per PPI guidelines
- Timely response to emails
- 100% response to all emails received
