Competitiveness Delivery Lead

What You Will Deliver

• Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects within the competitiveness portfolio
• Ensure robust project planning aligned with timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• Provide tracking and assurance of key project deliverables
• Communicate project status through governance forums and stakeholder meetings
• Inspire and motivate the project team to deliver results on time and in full
• Proactively resolve issues and escalate where necessary
• Support and collaborate with broader GSC Competitiveness team across digital, NPI, and project streams
• Drive a collaborative 'one-team' culture across all project participants

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics transformation projects
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to influence and build effective relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Comfortable with BP/Castrol's project structures, planning, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated flexibility and accountability in team environments
• Capable of energizing and aligning teams toward common objectives
