Job Description
Compensation Strategy
• Design and implement compensation structures, salary frameworks, and incentive programs
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices
• Manage annual compensation review cycles, increments, and bonus planning
Benefits Administration
• Oversee employee benefits programs such as insurance, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans
• Evaluate and recommend benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze compensation data to provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Prepare reports related to salary structures, compensation budgets, and workforce cost analysis
Compliance & Policies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws related to compensation and benefits
• Develop and maintain C&B policies and guidelines
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with HR leadership, finance, and business stakeholders to align compensation programs with company goals
• Provide guidance to HR teams on compensation policies and practices
