Job Description

Summary:

The Communications Manager will support internal communications and change enablement strategies to ensure the successful rollout of strategic initiatives across Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD). This role involves crafting compelling narratives, coordinating readiness materials, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels, and developing standard sites and templates. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and content development.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications & Content Development:
    • Create internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages, to support Enablement Leads and their change and communication initiatives.
    • Format and finalize content for publications, ensuring alignment with Company and ISD tone and branding.
    • Develop and maintain SharePoint pages, FAQs, and landing decks for change initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Change Practitioners and Project Managers to execute change plans using tools like the ISD Change Management Plan Template and Change Management Checklist.
    • Review Full Scope stories, leadership slide decks, and readiness materials for clarity, conciseness, and interest, as well as editing.
  • Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with Enablement Leads to collate field feedback, align messaging, and support adoption of new tools and processes.
    • Coordinate with Enablement Leads and Change Management Lead to ensure timely delivery of communications and readiness assets, aligned to standards, guidance, and best practices.
    • Support project closeout through document, site, and FAQ cleanup and archival.
  • Visual and Multimedia Support:
    • Design visuals, edit videos, and prepare presentation materials to enhance communication effectiveness.
    • Support &ldquoReinforcement" activities by translating impact stories into compelling narratives, connecting to supporting readiness materials, documentation, and FAQs.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in communications or change management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience with visual design and formatting tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives in a global organization.
  • Background in consulting, enablement, or program management.
