Communication Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing emailers, newsletters, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging email campaigns that drive user engagement.
• Work on A/B testing for email designs to optimize performance.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various email clients and devices. - Create supporting visuals for social media, digital ads, and landing pages when required.
• Maintain a structured design system and reusable templates for efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, email marketing best practices, and UI/UX principles.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in communication design, emailer design, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing emailer designs and marketing visuals.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Affinity Suite.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of email design best practices, including responsiveness and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
