Job Description
Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Management
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier evaluation, bidding, and contract awards
• Execute category and supplier strategies aligned with business and technology goals
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to optimize costs and reduce risk
• Identify and deliver cost savings through sourcing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Vendor Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
• Manage vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic supplier meetings
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Finance, and business teams for planning and forecasting
• Facilitate category and stakeholder review meetings
Contract, Risk & Compliance Management
• Manage contract lifecycle including SOW, RFP, RFQ, and renewals
• Review contracts and SLAs to identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor compliance, risks, and supplier accountability
Operational & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in governance and operational meetings
• Support organizational and engagement initiatives
• Drive improvements in sourcing tools, processes, and analytics
