Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence: Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to hotel guests at all times.
- Kitchen Operations Support: Work at the designated kitchen station as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Workstation Organization: Organize the assigned work area efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Inventory Handling: Properly receive, store, and put away kitchen orders following standard procedures.
- Food Preparation Assistance: Assist in basic food preparation while adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support senior kitchen staff to ensure timely service and consistent food quality.
