Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Client Management: Handle B2B customers effectively, ensuring strong engagement, timely service, and on-time deliveries to maximize business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Plant Operations and Supply Chain Management to ensure smooth order execution, availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Need Identification: Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions based on product capabilities and applications.
  • Feedback Management: Address customer feedback by providing accurate guidance and actionable solutions.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Prepare annual sales budgets and execute plans to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Collections Management: Ensure achievement of collection targets for Pan India and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Analyze product segments, market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to drive business decisions.
  • Product Positioning: Decide product placement, market fit, and competitor alignment to maximize market penetration.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Develop pricing strategies, positioning plans, and promotional schemes to enhance market competitiveness.
  • New Market Development: Identify new markets, perform competitor analysis, and explore opportunities to expand product presence.
