Description

We are seeking a Collection Service Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely and effective communication while maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end collection process for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to collect payments.
  • Negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare and send out collection notices and reminders as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate account reconciliations.
  • Provide regular updates on collection status and report on key performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts amicably.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to debt collection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Rotational week offs (twice in a week)

Transport provided for drop only and centralised pick up.
