Hiring for Third Party Collection – US Voice Process

• Location: Thane, Mumbai
• Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off (Any 1 Saturday Working)

Transport: Home Drop Facility Available

Interview Rounds: HR & OPS

Batch Date: 23rd Feb 2026

Eligibility Criteria:

SSC + Minimum 2 Years US International Voice Experience (Mandatory)

OR

HSC/Graduate + Minimum 1 Year US International Voice Experience (Mandatory)

Recent experience must be from an International Voice BPO

Background required in US Sales / Retentions / Collections / Upselling

Maximum Age Limit: 43 Years

Salary:

Up to 38,000 In-Hand

(Based on last drawn salary & experience)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling US customers over calls
• Collections / Retention / Upselling
• Achieving targets and maintaining quality parameters
• Maintaining proper call documentation
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
