Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash collection from customers on behalf of the company.
• Conduct field collections to recover outstanding debts.
• Ensure timely payment of loan amounts due to the bank.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with customers.
• Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management for resolution.
