Regulatory Compliance

Manage collections for the assigned area and achieve targets across resolution, flow rates, credit cost, and roll rates as per bucket classifications.
Ensure NPAs remain within the approved budget while taking proactive steps to minimize delinquency.
Drive revenue enhancement by increasing fee income and implementing cost-efficient initiatives to reduce vendor payouts.
Conduct asset verification and manage possession activities in accordance with SARFAESI or Section 9 processes through court receivers.
Monitor delinquency bucket-wise and DPD-wise, with focused attention on non-starter accounts to improve recovery efficiency.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns within the defined TAT to maintain satisfaction levels.
Build strong relationships with key customers to support timely recoveries, and conduct follow-ups with complex or high-risk accounts to identify reasons for default.
Represent the organization before legal and statutory bodies when required, ensuring collections are conducted within legal and regulatory guidelines.
Allocate tasks to field executives and oversee agency performance as per SLAs, ensuring timely submission of payments and audit receipts.
Maintain adequate field-force availability across areas, buckets, and segments; obtain daily updates on delinquent cases and review high-ticket accounts in detail.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations including Audit, NHB, and IRB requirements.
