Collection Field Officer

This role is for a Collection Field Officer to manage loan recoveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto loan collections and be responsible for collecting overdue payments through effective communication and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan recoveries by communicating effectively with customers.
• Collect overdue payments for various loan types, including auto loans, two-wheeler loans, and commercial vehicle loans.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while ensuring timely collections.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Auto loan collections.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships while addressing overdue payments.
