Job Description:

Monitor Overdue Accounts: Keep a detailed record of all clients with overdue payments.
Client Communication: Reach out to clients via WhatsApp, email, or phone to inform them of their overdue amounts.
Payment Collection: Arrange for timely collection of payments while maintaining a professional and assertive approach.
Maintain Professionalism: Ensure all communication with clients is engaging, pleasant, and professional, while being firm regarding overdue payments.
Escalation: Report and escalate cases to respective superiors if clients fail to honor payments on time.
