Job Description
The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production plan
Work You ll Do:
- Reading and interpreting design models.
- Experience with computer modeling software like NX Software, Autocad.
- Good Exposure of 3D programming 5 Axis of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Mill turn, Turn mill.
- Create programs to produce quality parts maximizing and maintaining efficiency.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
- Computer literate in ERP, MS office.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, work orders to determine optimal tooling and machine processes.
- Independently setup and operate multiple machines to quality standards.
