CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and routers to fabricate parts as per technical specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure smooth operation and equipment longevity
• Record production data such as machine settings, quantities produced, and quality control measurements
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and proper handling of materials and equipment
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of work orders
