CNC-NX Programmer

Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC-NX Programmer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, specifically with NX software, and will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for various machining applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using NX software for various machining processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design specifications and requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixturing is in place.
• Conduct simulations and run tests to verify program functionality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably using Siemens NX or similar CAD/CAM software.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Experience with G-code and M-code programming.
• Knowledge of machining materials and their properties.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
