CMA Fresher

We are seeking a motivated CMA-qualified fresher to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cost and management accounting principles and be eager to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios. This role will offer exposure to costing, budgeting, MIS, internal audits, and financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product costing, variance analysis, and cost control activities
• Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, cost sheets, and management dashboards
• Help in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports
• Work closely with the procurement and production teams to monitor cost drivers
• Maintain and analyze data for cost audits and internal controls
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and standards
• Assist in internal audit processes and help in identifying process improvements
• Reconcile cost accounts with financial accounts on a periodic basis
• Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory valuation and consumption analysis
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate financial data

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and budgeting concepts
• Good command of Excel, Tally, and ERP software (SAP preferred)
• Ability to analyze financial data and present insights clearly
• Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and GST (basic level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Educational Qualification:

• CMA Qualified (Institute of Cost Accountants of India)
• Candidates who have completed CMA Inter with experience may also be considered
