Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis

  • Liaise with all stakeholders to identify training needs related to product, technical knowledge, and behavioral skills.
  • Prepare and maintain a training calendar for all allocated stores.

Training Delivery & Execution

  • Conduct Product, Process, Systems, and Behavioral trainings for store employees.
  • Coordinate with various brands to facilitate training sessions at stores.
  • Evaluate on-floor training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.

Training Content & Activity Design

  • Design training activities, including content creation and determining delivery modes.
  • Drive organizational-level training initiatives, including Learning Management System (LMS) adoption.

Training Coordination & Monitoring

  • Monitor both internal and external training programs, plan corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage ongoing training for store employees in collaboration with HR and Training teams to enhance skills and knowledge levels.

Training Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare MIS reports for all trainings conducted, including brand and external programs.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
