Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis
- Liaise with all stakeholders to identify training needs related to product, technical knowledge, and behavioral skills.
- Prepare and maintain a training calendar for all allocated stores.
Training Delivery & Execution
- Conduct Product, Process, Systems, and Behavioral trainings for store employees.
- Coordinate with various brands to facilitate training sessions at stores.
- Evaluate on-floor training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
Training Content & Activity Design
- Design training activities, including content creation and determining delivery modes.
- Drive organizational-level training initiatives, including Learning Management System (LMS) adoption.
Training Coordination & Monitoring
- Monitor both internal and external training programs, plan corrective actions as needed.
- Manage ongoing training for store employees in collaboration with HR and Training teams to enhance skills and knowledge levels.
Training Reporting & MIS
- Prepare MIS reports for all trainings conducted, including brand and external programs.
- Analyze training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
