Role & responsibilities :

• We are looking a dynamic and experienced Team leader to join our Banca Channel.
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance.
• Build strong relationship with Bank branch staff for business generation.
• Track performance, maintain MIS and ensure timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of work experience in team leading for Banca GI.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Result oriented and target driven personality.
