Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all branches/stores within the cluster.
- Drive sales and business growth through strategic planning and local market engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch/store managers and their teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with senior management for goal setting, reporting, and execution of business strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit management.
