Cluster Head - Micro Housing Loan

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales Managers (SMs) to achieve individual and regional business targets
• Identify new business prospects through networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity
• Ensure all lending activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to minimize risk
• Develop strategies to expand loan portfolios, including Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans
• Collaborate with operations, credit, and marketing teams to streamline loan processes and approvals
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and team metrics
