Role & responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients as per the defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.
• Cross sell Micro Housing Loans designed to cater to the needs of existing JSFB customers.
• Leverage the existing JC relationships to promote and source the Housing /Home
• Improvement loans/LAP business
• Manage customer relationship
• Post disbursement servicing
• Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped branch
• Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff
• Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of selling housing loans/LAP product and must have team handling experience.
• Can manage 3 to 5 branches.
