Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team comprising Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Managers focused on corporate salary account acquisition.
  • Drive new corporate tie-ups and manage end-to-end relationships with large and mid-sized corporates.
  • Ensure revenue growth through salary account acquisition, cross-selling of banking products, and customer deepening initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate HR, finance, and decision-makers.
  • Define team targets and KPIs; monitor performance and provide strategic direction.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, process adherence, and quality standards across all team activities.
  • Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Drive market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and new channel development.

Who Should Apply:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in banking or BFSI, preferably in corporate salary or institutional sales.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in a team leadership role with experience managing multiple layers.
  • Strong corporate network with a proven track record in corporate acquisition and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
