Key Responsibilities

Hospital Operations Management

• Direct, administer, and coordinate internal operational activities of the hospital in accordance with established policies, goals, and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Execute tasks and operational directives assigned by hospital management.

Patient Care & Service Excellence

• Interact with patients and address their concerns or requests effectively.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and safe patient care across all hospital services.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.

Staff Training & Team Management

• Provide training, guidance, and support to staff to improve their performance and service quality.
• Ensure proper coordination between departments for efficient hospital operations.

Reporting & Operational Monitoring

• Prepare and present reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
• Monitor operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Financial & Business Responsibility

• Manage and monitor the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the entire state operations.
• Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion strategies.
