Cluster Business Head-Direct Channel-CTC 10.5 LPA

Job Description

• Manage and drive business across multiple locations/branches in the assigned cluster
• Lead, coach, and monitor Direct Sales Managers and frontline sales teams
• Achieve cluster-level targets for premium, policies, and active advisors/sales executives
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing direct sales teams
• Monitor daily productivity, conversions, and pipeline movement
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, IRDAI norms, and compliance guidelines
• Conduct regular branch reviews, sales meetings, and performance audits
• Support team in closing high-value cases and resolving escalations
• Build strong local market presence and customer relationship.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• 4–6 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role handling Direct /Agency channel On-roll Sales teams
• Strong leadership, sales planning, and people management skills
• Willingness to travel within the cluster
