Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with organizational policies.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management.
• Assist with cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Document architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated with latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, and cloud monitoring.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Desirable Skills:

• Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Engineer.
• Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
