Cloud Data Center Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

• Plan, implement, and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.

• Monitor the performance, reliability, and availability of cloud and data center resources.

• Ensure smooth operation and optimization of IT infrastructure systems.

2. Security Management

• Develop and implement security strategies to protect organizational data and applications.

• Conduct risk assessments and manage responses to security incidents.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

3. Capacity & Cost Management

• Analyze infrastructure resource requirements and optimize cloud usage.

• Monitor and control cloud service costs.

• Prepare reports for budgeting, cost control, and capacity planning.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the IT team responsible for cloud and infrastructure operations.

• Promote a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven work environment.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support infrastructure-related needs.

5. Strategic Planning

• Develop strategies for cloud adoption and migration of existing systems.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the infrastructure landscape.

• Align IT infrastructure initiatives with overall business goals.

6. Operations & Support

• Independently plan and implement complex infrastructure projects.

• Create and maintain operational documentation.

• Provide 2nd-level technical support and participate in 1st-level on-call support rotations when required.
