The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the complete real estate closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial enquiry to final closing. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the real estate closing process from enquiry to final closing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the closing process, providing regular updates and resolving concerns.
• Lead and mentor a team to ensure smooth execution of property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of deals, client communications, and closing documentation.
• Monitor market trends and client preferences to guide sourcing and closing strategies.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales with proven leadership in team management and sourcing.
• Prior experience with reputed real estate brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and customer preferences.
