Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of specialists, ensuring the accuracy of client setups, and managing daily workflows to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in KYC/AML and client due diligence and possesses excellent communication and leadership skills to maintain high standards and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team & Workflow Management:
  • Proactively co-manage the team's daily workflow in consultation with the AVP.
  • Manage smaller operational workstreams, including the operational management of a team of 4-6 staff members.
  • Support CLM (KYC) Specialists based on your expert knowledge.
  • Timely follow up on pending items to meet internal service level agreement (SLA) deadlines.
  • Client & Document Management:
  • Conduct document outreach with clients.
  • Review and validate client setups, due diligence levels, and risk assessments.
  • Review document collection requests.
  • Communication & Compliance:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders (e.g., Manager, Relationship Managers).
  • Timely respond to and follow up on emails or telephone requests.
  • Timely report and escalate non-conformities to your Manager.
  • Have a good understanding of and adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Participate in specific projects as needed.

About You

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Experience in KYC/AML and client due diligence reviews, preferably in the offshore or fund industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience with managing small groups of staff is a strong asset.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • A team player with the ability to quickly assimilate the requirements of the role.
  • Knowledge of the alternative investment and financial industry is an advantage.
  • Possess competencies in leadership, coaching, organization, and drive for results.
