3) Use the required therapies during the counselling session and guide towards the mission of creating emotional stability and addressing mental state of concern.

4) The candidate is expected to counsel the callers with active listening and using the known and mastered therapies in the respective domain.

5) Generate the Counselling report online and submit it post every session.
