Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise clinical team members providing care under physicians or providers for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
  • Organize, assign duties, and establish monthly schedules for clinical staff and providers; request floaters as needed.
  • Monitor daily performance, control overtime, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Review timesheets, process leave requests, and coordinate payroll for clinical staff.
  • Maintain attendance records and submit monthly reports to Human Resources.
  • Conduct performance evaluations (30 days, 90 days, and annually) and assist in recruitment, orientation, and training.
  • Identify and resolve clinical team or office issues; ensure high-quality patient care by addressing complaints and recommending corrective actions.
  • Implement or recommend disciplinary actions in coordination with Practice Manager and HR, documenting all actions.
  • Maintain clinical supplies, ensure cost-efficient purchases within budget, and approve supply receipts with the finance team.
  • Ensure clinical equipment is operational and crash carts are up to date and fully equipped.
