Job Description

  • Coordinate and supervise clinical team members in patient care under the guidance of physicians or healthcare providers.
  • Organize and assign duties, establish work schedules, and request additional staff as needed.
  • Monitor daily performance, ensure timely completion of tasks, and control overtime.
  • Review timesheets, manage time-off requests, and coordinate payroll for clinical team members.
  • Maintain attendance records and submit them to HR monthly.
  • Evaluate team member performance and conduct verbal and written evaluations at 30 days, 90 days, and annually.
  • Assist with interviews, orientation, and training on clinical policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve team and office issues, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care by reviewing patient concerns and implementing corrective measures.
  • Implement or recommend disciplinary actions in coordination with Practice Manager and HR, documenting all actions.
