Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and interact with patients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate records.
- Handle billing and payment processing for patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to confirm availability for appointments.
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them professionally, in person or over the telephone.
- Answer or refer patient inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized records of appointments, patient information, and communications.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for all patients and visitors.
