  • 3+ years experience in technical support / business support. 'Call support '
  • Experience in Salesforce added advantage
  • Experience in programming or databases preferred.
  • Preferred technical graduate (not Bcom/BBA)
  • Very good communication skills - written and oral - as will interact with our customers on phone and email.
  • Worked on ticketing tools
  • Knowledge of  IBM Mainframe (TSO), file transfer, technology, networking knowledge, eg. Network layers knowledge     
  • Network knowledge is a must.
