- 3+ years experience in technical support / business support. 'Call support '
- Experience in Salesforce added advantage
- Experience in programming or databases preferred.
- Preferred technical graduate (not Bcom/BBA)
- Very good communication skills - written and oral - as will interact with our customers on phone and email.
- Worked on ticketing tools
- Knowledge of IBM Mainframe (TSO), file transfer, technology, networking knowledge, eg. Network layers knowledge
- Network knowledge is a must.
