3+ years experience in technical support / business support. 'Call support '
Experience in Salesforce added advantage
Experience in programming or databases preferred.
Preferred technical graduate (not Bcom/BBA)
Very good communication skills - written and oral - as will interact with our customers on phone and email.
Worked on ticketing tools
Knowledge of IBM Mainframe (TSO), file transfer, technology, networking knowledge, eg. Network layers knowledge
Network knowledge is a must.
