Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership. Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, deliverables, and ROI. Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and conduct in-person meetings.
• Project Coordination: Oversee collaboration with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, PPC, social media) to ensure smooth execution of client projects. Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. Proactively identify and resolve project issues or roadblocks.
• Strategy & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to achieve client goals. Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, insightful, and delivered on time. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior client servicing executives to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
