Job Description

We are seeking a Client Servicing Coordinator who will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to client management and a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client status and project progress.
  • Assist in the development and execution of client service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing or customer support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
