Client Services Manager

•Maintain client accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.

•Prepare unaudited financial statements on a monthly or quarterly basis.

•Coordinate with auditors to complete annual audited financial statements.

•Monitor investment performance and execute investments as per client requirements.

•Prepare statistical analyses such as loss triangulation and budget projections.

•Draft regulatory filings and correspondence for authorities like CIMA and Registrar of Companies.

•Organize and attend client meetings, prepare agendas, and draft meeting minutes.

•Manage day-to-day client servicing activities and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders.

•Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal control standards.

•Supervise and mentor junior team members while handling ad-hoc projects.
