Client Service Associate Digital Marketing

Client Management:

• Serve as the day-to-day point of client contact.
• Conduct in-person client meetings, prepare presentations, and reports.
• Understand client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Work on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and more.
• Research industry and competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign strategy and development.
• Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.

Industry Awareness:

• Stay updated on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry.
